Embark on our 3 days Northern Tanzania Safari which offers a condensed yet thrilling Northern Circuit experience, perfect for those who with limeted time. This Safari ventures into three spectacular national parks: Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. Each holds ints unique allure and promise an unforgettable encounter.

Day by Day Itinerary

Morning:

Depart from Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately 2-3 hours).

Activities:

Embark on a game drive in Tarangire, renowned for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife including lions, leopards, and various antelope species. You will enjoy a picnic lunch within the park, then you will continue with game viewing, exploring different areas of the park. Evening you will be driven to your hotel or camp for dinner and overnight.

Overnight:Maramboi Tented Lodge, Manyara.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Morning:

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park (approximately 1.5-2 hours).

Activities:

Conduct a game drive in Lake Manyara, famous for its tree-climbing lions, large flocks of flamingos, and diverse birdlife. Other wildlife includes elephants, hippos, and various primates. You will have your lunch at picnic site inside the park and then continue with afternoon game viewing, focusing on different habitats within the park. In the evening you will be driven to your hotel or camp for dinner and overnight.

Overnight:You will opt for a lodge outside the park at Karatu area..

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Morning:

Early breakfast followed by a drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area (approximately 1.5 hours).

Activities:

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is home to a high density of wildlife, including the Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos. You will enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site within the crater, then you will ascend from the crater and begin the drive back to Arusha (approximately 3-4 hours).

Overnight:You will opt for a lodge outside the park at Karatu area..

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The 7 Days Great Migration Adventure:

This is a private safari, run exclusively for you and each vehicle holds a maximum of 7 clients. If an accommodation is fully booked we’ll suggest a comparable alternative where possible.

Night Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park on Day 2 for extra fee per person:

Night in Manayara is another world altogether. Witness the landscape waxed in a silver moonlight as tree climing lions and other predetors get out of the shadows for a night hunt, and be sure to keep an eye out for eyes shining back at you from the spotlight. For logistical reasons we must book alternative accommodation at the Tarangire Safari Lodge located inside the Tarangire National Park and additional accommodation charges may apply. Please note, this tour is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Olduvai Gorge on Day 3 for extra fee per person:

Visit Olduvai Gorge which is one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world for early human evolution. The site is significant in showing the increasing developmental and social complexities in the earliest humans. Here you will enjoy free time to discover the museum before continuing to the Serengeti.
